Sessions: Four 45-minute one-on-one bookings
Where: Online zoom and/or Te Whare Koiora, 77 Rotowaro Road, Raahui Pookeka – Hinau ruma
As part of our kaupapa Te Ara Whakatupuna Tupu Ake (TAWTA), we are offering free online or one-on-one support sessions for whaanau. These sessions are designed to help you navigate and grow confidence in areas such as:
- Whenua succession and ownership processes
- Papakaainga planning and whaanau housing pathways
- Whaanau governance and trust support
- Cultural and social outcomes for whaanau development

Whānau Package
Starter guidance packages for whānau trusts typically begin from $750–$1,500 + GST, covering an initial hui, review of existing trust or land records, and a tailored action plan. For smaller blocks or single-issue advice (such as clarifying roles of trustees or understanding succession options), we can offer focused sessions from $350 + GST, so whānau can access quality support within a manageable budget.

Rangatira Plan
For more complex kaupapa such as papakāinga planning, multi-block governance reviews, or succession projects involving many owners, investment usually ranges from $3,000–$12,000 + GST depending on scope. We can also work with whānau to stage work over time, apply for external funding where appropriate, or structure phased packages so costs are clear and affordable at each step of the journey.
